How to send an online card from the eRockwall virtual card shop
Sending an eRockwall card is easy, simply follow the instructions at each
step along the way. After you have completed the card, you will
be shown a preview. If you do not like your card, you have the opportunity to edit
it before sending or cancel to start over. Your recipient will receive an e-mail advising where to find the card.
The eRockwall card notification system now includes the sender's name in the e-mail subject line so your recipient will know the message is not spam
eRockwall offers several types of cards with variable formatting options
Standard Placement - This format is used by most online card shops, with your selected image on one side or below your message. Can be printed out by the recipient on most computer systems
Photo Background Cards - This category allows you to write your message using the sunset of your choice as your message background. Most of these cards use a predetermined message text color selected to match the particular sunset. Please note these cards have a few limitations including formatting errors on older web browser software and the inability to print out the card from the browser (you can use the Alt-PrintScreen command to save the card as a graphic).
To start just click one of the categories on the left or select one of the top ten cards. After 30 days cards may be deleted to prevent our server from overcrowding. Due to the unfortunate increase of spam on the Internet we have a limit of 8 cards per hour. This is necessary to prevent abuse of this service for unsolicited mailings. You are welcome to create a card, send it to yourself and then forward the address to multiple friends. We ask that you never send a card to someone you do not know. Enjoy!!
Most card images are available for sale on selected merchandise through our storefront. By making a purchase you will support this free online card shop and provide the funds necessary to keep it running.
As this is a new feature on this site, we are still working on a few bugs. There are also some formatting errors that will be addressed very soon. Please pardon the construction dust.
